ABOUT THE BAND
ABOUT HYPERSONA — ROCK & COUNTRY COVER BAND
Hypersona is a premier rock and country cover band led by Eric Frates, former drummer for such acts as Pat Travers, Eddie Money, Rick Derringer, Adam Calhoun, Steven Tyler, Richie Sambora, Brian Howe of Bad Company, Orleans, and Pablo Cruise.
The band covers a wide array of hit songs spanning rock, country, and more, building sets around the room and the crowd rather than a fixed script. That range makes Hypersona a flexible booking for private events, corporate events, weddings, clubs, fairs, and festival side stages where the audience spans several generations and several genres.
Unlike a single-artist tribute, Hypersona is a cover band: the draw is breadth, danceability, and a professional rhythm section anchored by a drummer with national touring credits.
